我們所蒐集的個人資料

我們蒐集資料是為了提供使用者更好的服務。在您註冊GoFace帳號、使用GoFace雲端服務、瀏覽GoFace官方網站、社群網站或合作夥伴的網頁,以及參加宣傳活動或抽獎遊戲時,我們會蒐集您的使用資料。我們也會從第三方(包括其他公司)取得資料。我們也可能會紀錄您電腦和瀏覽器上的資料,進而判斷一些基本設定(例如使網頁或系統語系),或為您顯示某些適合您的服務。

我們蒐集的資料包括以下項目:

姓名與聯絡人資料:
我們會蒐集您的照片、姓名、電子郵箱地址、電話等個人資訊。我們的服務將藉由人臉辨識完成打卡作業,因此在您每次進行打卡時,將會將您的照片上傳雲端進行比對。您的個人資料將由您提供給您所屬的公司,經由您所屬公司的人事主管來建立。當您使用人臉辨識打卡功能時,我們會在獲得您的同意後使用您的相機,您上傳的照片僅供系統進行比對,並以加密的形式將該次打卡資訊儲存於雲服務器上。您的所有個人資訊將由您所屬公司進行維護,當您離職時,您所屬公司的人事主管一旦將您的使用權限移除,您相關的個人資訊將會一併移除。我們不會向任何第三方公開、透露以上信息。

公司資料:
註冊帳號時,我們會詢問您公司名稱、地址、電話及其他相關資料。

密碼、密碼提示、用於驗證的或帳戶存取的安全資訊

統計資料:
例如您的性別、年齡…等。

付款資料:
當您選擇GoFace付費方案時,我們會蒐集您付款所需的資料,例如信用卡號,以及付款相關的安全認證資料(包含但不限於安全認證碼)。

使用資料:
我們蒐集您如何與我們的服務進行互動的相關資料,例如您使用的功能、瀏覽的紀錄,以及您輸入的搜尋項目。另外也包括您的裝置和您用來連接GoFace服務的相關資料,包括 IP 位址、GPS、裝置識別碼(例如電話的 IMEI 編號)、區域和語言設定。

訊息的文字或內容:
當您與我們聯絡時,我們會保留通訊紀錄,您可以自由選擇是否提供個人資料給我們。然而,若選擇不提供必要資料,可能則無法使用GoFace的相關服務。

我們如何使用您的個人資料

GoFace蒐集、處理及利用個人資料之特定目的如下:

我們為防止第三人非法入侵GoFace網站資料庫系統,我們已裝設防火牆系統,並有專人負責資料庫之管理及維護工作,且只有經過授權的人員才能接觸您的個人資料。 而您填寫的資料已經過特殊的編碼,再轉存入資料庫;資料解碼過程無法在非GoFace系統上執行。

Astra Inc., a company doing business as GoFace, and its subsidiaries and affiliates (collectively, “GoFace,” “we,” “our” or “us”), understands that privacy is important to our users. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share and protect your personal information that we collect on our website and through the services we provide (collectively, our “Service”). By using our Service, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy and our Terms of Service.

1. WHAT INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT AND FOR WHAT PURPOSE?

The categories of information we collect can include:

  • Information you provide to us directly:
    1. We may collect personal information such as a username and password, first and last name, phone number, e-mail address, home address, and employer when you register for a GoFace account, use our Service, or if you correspond with us.
    2. We may also collect additional information you provide to us about your company or employer, your family, and your benefits, which we will consider to be personal information if it is linked to your identifying information.
    3. We may combine this information with data we collect from you through other methods, such as telephone conversations or electronic document exchange services, including your social security number, bank account number and other financial information.

    We will collect your personal information such as photos, name, email address, and phone number. Our service will use facial recognition technology to complete the clock-in/out process, so each time you clock in or clock out, your photo will be uploaded to the cloud for facial comparison. Your personal data will be provided to the company you belong to, and will be created/managed by the human resources manager of the company. When you use the facial recognition clock-in function, we will use your camera with your consent. The photos you upload will only be used for facial comparison, and the clock-in information of that session will be stored on the cloud server in encrypted form. All your personal information will be maintained by the company you belong to, and once your access rights are removed by the human resources manager of your company upon your resignation, all your relevant personal information will be removed immediately as well. We will not disclose or reveal any of the above information to any third party.

  • Information we collect from third parties:
    1. We may obtain Information about you from third parties, such as your employer, your payroll provider, and your elected benefit providers.
    2. We may collect information from consumer reporting agencies.

We use this information to operate, maintain, and provide to you the features of the Service. We may use this information to communicate with you, such as to send you email messages, and to follow up with you to offer information about our Service and your account. We may also send you Service-related emails or messages (e.g., account verification, transactional communications, change or updates to features of the Service, technical and security notices). For more information about your communication preferences, see “Your Choices Regarding Your Information” below.

2. HOW WE USE COOKIES AND OTHER TRACKING TECHNOLOGY TO COLLECT INFORMATION

We and our third party partners may automatically collect certain types of usage information when you visit our website or use our Service. For instance, when you visit our websites, we may send one or more cookies — a small text file containing a string of alphanumeric characters — to your computer that uniquely identifies your browser and lets us help you log in faster and enhance your navigation through the site. We may employ clear gifs (also known as web beacons) which are used to anonymously track the online usage patterns of our Users. In addition, we may also use clear gifs in HTML-based emails sent to our users to track which emails are opened and which links are clicked by recipients. The information allows for more accurate reporting and improvement of the Service.

We may also collect analytics data, or use third-party analytics tools, to help us measure traffic and usage trends for the Service. These tools collect information sent by your browser or mobile device, including the pages you visit, your use of third party applications, and other information that assists us in analyzing and improving the Service.

Although we do our best to honor the privacy preferences of our Users, we are not able to respond to Do Not Track signals from your browser at this time, as we believe that there is no consistent industry standard for how to respond to Do Not Track browser settings.

When you access our Service by or through a mobile device, we may receive or collect and store a unique identification numbers associated with your device or our mobile application (including, for example, a UDID, Unique ID for Advertisers (“IDFA”), Google Ad ID, or Windows Advertising ID), mobile carrier, device type, model and manufacturer, mobile device operating system brand and model, phone number, and, depending on your mobile device settings, your geographical location data, including GPS coordinates (e.g. latitude and/or longitude) or similar information regarding the location of your mobile device. We also collect and store your face and face metadata which is a critical component of our Service.

  • How to control your communications preferences:
    You can stop receiving promotional email communications from us by clicking on the “unsubscribe link” provided in such communications. We make every effort to promptly process all unsubscribe requests. You may not opt out of Service-related communications (e.g., account verification, benefits registration, transactional communications, changes/updates to features of the Service, technical and security notices).
  • Modifying or deleting your information:
    We will retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you Services. You may view and modify your personal information through your account settings. We may not be able to modify or delete your information in all circumstances, as federal and state law may require that we maintain certain types of information for a set period of time. You may not be able to delete or modify certain information that your employer requires that we maintain.   • Storage and Processing:
    Your information collected through the Service may be stored and processed in Taiwan or any other country in which GoFace or its subsidiaries, affiliates or service providers maintain facilities. If you are located in other regions outside of ASEAN with laws governing data collection and use that may differ from Taiwan law, please note that we may transfer information, including personal information, to a country and jurisdiction that does not have the same data protection laws as your jurisdiction, and you consent to the transfer of information to Taiwan or any other country in which GoFace or its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates or service providers maintain facilities and the use and disclosure of information about you as described in this Privacy Policy.
  • Keeping your information safe:
    GoFace cares about the security of your information, and uses robust and state-of-the-art physical, administrative, and technological safeguards to preserve the integrity and security of all information collected through the Service. However, no security system is perfectly secure and we cannot guarantee the security of our systems 100%. In the event that any information under our control is compromised as a result of a breach of security, GoFace will investigate the situation and where appropriate, notify those individuals whose information may have been compromised and take other steps, in accordance with any applicable laws and regulations.
